2D Heterostructures

We supply high-quality standard and custom heterostructures with CVD-grown 2D TMDC materials.

Standard heterostructures:  Manually stacking one CVD-grown 2D TMDC monolayer flake onto another CVD-grown 2D TMDC monolayer flake.

Custom heterostrucrures:

• Manually stacking more than two 2D TMDC flakes, or stacking few-layer 2D TMDC flakes, or stacking 2D TMDC films.
• Manually stacking  CVD-grown 2D TMDC flakes onto other 2D materials of custom choice, such as graphene, h-BN, and phosphorene. Customers are responsible for providing the 2D materials of their choice or identify related vendors.
• Directly growing one  CVD-grown 2D TMDC flakes onto other 2D materials, including our other products or 2D materials of customer choice.
